Rules & Regulations

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to use the Vibe Studio. 

Please note if you cancel/reschedule within the 48 hours or more before your rental starts, you will still keep your rental credit. 

Please note if you cancel/reschedule with the 24 hours or less and/or no-show for your rental, you will not be refunded or receive studio credit. 

Cancellations/rescheduling of rental bookings must be submitted through the Cancellation request form. Failure to cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour period will result in loss of a paid rental.

Rules&Regulations:

Anchor 1

1. NO smoking and NO alcohol inside.

 

2. NO food or drinks allowed on the studio floor.

​

3. DO NOT move any pieces of furniture or art decor elements.

​

4. Arrive and Leave on time. You cannot automatically extend your reservation if you arrive late for your reservation. 

​

5.  Turn OFF AC when done with practice.

​

6. DO NOT exceed HEAT temperature above 80F.

 

7. Clean After Yourself.

​

8. DO NOT power down or cover the studio cameras.

 

9. Tripod for filming and iPad for light controlling is available for renter's use. 

​

10. Treat studio as your own home.
